In Stock and Out of Stock

When shopping our website, you will see a green 'in stock' tab on the product image that indicates if we have that item available at Drumland. After making your purchase, we will ship your in stock item(s) within 1 to 3 business days.

When you click the MORE INFO button you can view Drumland's inventory and product details.

 

'Currently out of stock' means this item not in stock at Drumland, but we will order it right away from our supplier. If our supplier has it available, we can expect delivery to Drumland within five and ten business days. Customers will be notified if longer delays occur eg. backordered. Also, some items are 'special orders' which means our supplier does not regularly carry the item. If you would like to know an ETA on an item, please email info@drumland.com or call us at 905.856.2135

 

Purchases

Some of our products listed on our website may come from our showroom display. These items are new (unless listed as used) and will be carefully packaged by our experienced shippers for delivery, 

Lessons

We offer private drum lessons in our comfortable and inspiring studios. Our qualified drum instructors take great pride in their craft to ensure Drumland students achieve their desired goals. Drum lessons are $27.50 per half hour. Our studios come fully equipped with a professional style acoustic and electronic drum kits. Buy/Trade

Rentals

We rent for all occasions! Come by and check out what is available. We have djembes for drum circles, kits for gigs and jams or if you just need one cymbal and a stand for a night, we offer that too. We have very flexible terms at very affordable rates. At Drumland, we are your source for all your percussion needs. 

Repairs

We offer repairs on all types of drums. The snare drum is typically the one in need of regular maintenance. We will gladly offer recommendations and tune your drum to your liking at no charge. If you wish to have your entire drum kit tuned, you may have to leave it with us for a day. There will be a nominal charge for this service. If you have any questions about our services, please contact us for details.

Lay-a-way

See something you like but can afford it right away?  We offer a 30 day layaway for your convenience.

Want to purchase an item for that special musician in your life but not sure what to get? Sometimes it's difficult to buy something so personal for someone. Gift cards makes it easy and offers you with the perfect solution. Your drummer will thank you!

Free Shipping

Free shipping on purchases over $199 for Canadian residents only. This excludes Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, Nunavut, and any non-metropolitan areas as designated by Canada Post and Canpar Express. 

Drumland reserves the right to apply shipping charges to any order that does not meet the qualifications, particularly for remote locations.

Expected Delivery Times

Delivery times vary with each supplier. If an item is in stock at our supplier's warehouse, normal shipping time to Drumland will be five to ten business days. If an item is listed not in stock on our website, please contact info@drumland.com for an ETA.

Shipping Carriers and Arrival Times

Our carriers include Canada Post and Canpar for domestic orders, and DHL/UPS for international orders. 

In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days, and you will be notified if any delays have occurred.

If some items are out of stock or back ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated time of arrival. 

Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order is ready to ship.

Shipping Duties and Charges

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to import duties. Customers are responsible for any and all extra charges from duty/customs. If the customer refuses to accept delivery due to extra charges or for any other reason, Drumland reserves the right to have the shipment returned or discarded by the delivery service. There will be no refund given for the purchase or for shipping costs

Drumland reserves the right to refuse shipping orders due to supplier agreements and policies, destination qualifications or any other condition that is subject to final approval from Drumland. 

Return/Exchange Policy

Purchased something that isn't quite right? We offer a seven day full refund or exchange on most items. Items returned in used condition may be subject to a usage fee upon return. Please contact us first before returning items to Drumland, or it will be refused. Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returned items. Please visit our REFUND POLICY page for more details.
